Exhibit Safe

In order for events to return safely after the pandemic, both Reed and exhibitors will have to comply with new rules that fulfil the protocols established by public authorities, so that events are authorized and may occur free of violations or setbacks.

Keep in mind that these measures are what is currently required and were designed based on international studies. We will be keeping close track of the requirements coming from the government and Ministry of Health and will update the manual whenever necessary. Below are the specific rules for our events.

A message from in-cosmetics Portfolio Director

This pandemic has cemented our belief in the importance of in-person collaboration and networking throughout the cosmetics industry, and we will do whatever it takes to continue to deliver in-cosmetics events for you, safely and securely.

In addition to following our Global Health & Safety 5-point Strategy, in each region the in-cosmetics team are working closely with local authorities to implement all necessary precautions to ensure your wellbeing whilst maintaining the spirit and effectiveness of the events you know and love.

We can wait to deliver safe events that support your business needs, and to see you in person later this year.

Stand capacity

To maintain physical distancing, you will be responsible for identifying the capacity of your stand and controlling this onsite. You must ensure physical distancing of 1 meter inside your booth.

Enclosed stands

In order to enclose larger areas of your stand you must have a COVID-19 management plan in place to demonstrate that physical distancing can be maintained at all times. Controlled entry/exit points onto the stand must be clearly visible and manned so that capacity is managed.

Demonstrations

Machine/product demonstrations may be permitted subject to approval of the exhibitors plan which demonstrates how they will control and overcome COVID-19 risks.

Meetings

Avoid shaking hands and exchanging physical business cards or literature.

Lead capture is encouraged with the use of our complimentary data-collecting app Emperia. We request all exhibitors to distribute product information in electronic formats instead of printed materials.

Cleaning & hygiene

We advise our exhibitors to stock sufficient amounts of face masks at their booths to replace damaged/dirty ones during the day. You should provide alcohol-based sanitizers and clean any surfaces/ tools/demonstrated parts throughout the day and specifically after being touched by participants.

Stand hospitality & catering

At this time, exhibitors should only provide packaged food or a simple drinks service to visitors and attendees who are having meetings on their stand and only if space allows. Food and drink cannot be offered as a giveaway to passers-by or used as an attraction on the stand.

Promotional material

To reduce touchpoints please avoid any promotional material (e.g. product brochure, giveaways and business cards etc) that will be handled by more than one person. Find out more about how we are using Emperia for safe sharing at our events.

Safety check-in

We recommend exhibitors to register in Thai Chana website to generate a QR Code for their booths and encourage visitors to scan for check-in upon their visit. This is to assist in the tracing protocol if any incidents occurred.
