This is why we’ve created this checklist to support you in the run-up to and at the show.

It contains some key operational and marketing information and deadlines – and you can check your to-do list chronologically or in alphabetical order.

The Innovation Zone is the show's most popular area where exhibitors display their new and innovative ingredients launched within 8 months of the show.

Spotlight On is another area of the show for exhibitors to display their formulated ingredients on the topic of Biotech Beauty.

Entries will be judged by an international panel of experts and the shortlisted (Innovation Zone) Awards entries will be revealed in mid-October.

NB: Spotlight On entries will be judged at the show.

At in-cosmetics Asia, we love celebrating the innovative products our exhibitors bring to the event. We have three Awards categories you can enter and we’ll be announcing the winners at the Awards Ceremony at the show on 4 November, 17:30.

The Innovation Zone Best Ingredient Awards (Active and Functional for products launched within 8 months of the show) are judged before the event whilst the Spotlight On Awards entries (on the topic of Biotech Beauty) will be judged at the show.

To enter the Awards (Bookers Only) you must book and complete the Innovation Zone and Spotlight On Awards Submission Forms by 26 Sept.

Shortlisted (Innovation Zone) Awards entries will be revealed in mid-October.

Exhibitor badging will be available from August in the Exhibitor Portal until 2 November, midnight Bangkok time. This is where you can register all your stand personnel and apply for Visa Letters.

It’s imperative to register all your stand personnel in advance of the exhibition, and to bring along your printed badges. You must collect your lanyard and badge sleeve in advance of the show opening for visitors. We advise before 08:15 on 4 November. Registration gets very busy with exhibitors arriving at the venue, so if you want to enter the show before 10:00 on the opening morning, you will need to have your badge, lanyard and badge sleeve collected already.

Exhibitor badging will be open from 9:00 to 17:00 on 2 & 3 November and from 8:00 on show days.

Promote your presence at the show with logos and banners. To add your stand number to the banners, simply edit them with Photoshop. If you don’t have access to Photoshop, simply edit them using Canva or one of the editing phone apps. We will also send you personalised web and email banners in September.

The Exhibitor Manual is your main source for everything logistical you need to prepare and book for the event.

The manual contains venue and stand information, build submissions and regulations, a suppliers list, tasks and order deadlines, catering, contractor information, security and so much more.

It's imperative you read the manual and familiarise yourself with the information. You can access the Exhibitor Manual via the Exhibitor Portal from June.

Your Exhibitor Portal account is where you control what visitors can see about your company and products. It’s where you upload information about you that will be visible in the online exhibitor and product directory, as well as in the new Show App.

Your portal account also contains an exhibitor dashboard. You can use this to view analytics about your online performance. There are upgrade options available. If you’re interested in gaining more analytics and benchmarking yourself against other exhibitors, contact your local sales representative to find out more.

You can register your stand personnel (by 2 November) to get badges for the event and request Visa Letters. It’s really important to do this in advance of the event to avoid last minute anxiety and in order to gain access to the halls.

We have a Flickr account where we upload our official event photos. You do not need permission from us in order to share them, or use in your own promotional material. However, you will need to state that these photos are from ‘in-cosmetics Asia’ as a caption if you choose to use any.

At the show, our Official Photographer and Videographer will take photographs and be recording / streaming videos of stands and activities. As per our admissions policy, we reserve the right to use these for all promotional purposes.

Thailand currently offers visa-free travel to nationals of 60+ countries and a visa on arrival to almost 20 countries.
