Thank you for choosing to exhibit at in-cosmetics Latin America.

We understand preparing for an exhibition can be overwhelming, whether you’ve been an exhibitor before, or it’s your first time. This is why we’ve created this checklist to support you in the run-up to and at the show.

It contains some key operational and marketing information and deadlines – and you can check your to-do list chronologically or in alphabetical order.

STAND SHARERS: As Reed Exhibitions and in-cosmetics Latin America only have a contractual relationship with main standholders, the sharer fee will from now on be charged to main standholder companies - not sharing companies. Sharers wishing to pay for their own registration fee should make payment arrangements directly with the main standholder. The main standholder will be able to register each sharer via the Exhibitor Hub, only after having informed the in-cosmetics Latin America team of the exact number of sharers you would like to register.

EXHIBITOR MANUAL: The Exhibitor Manual can be found in the Exhibitor Hub and you can consult it to locate information on stand build regulations, contractor registration, hiring an interpreter, placing orders for facilities at the show, etc. We will contact you when it is live.

PROMOTE YOUR PRESENCE: Take advantage of our free digital marketing tools to let your clients and contacts know you will be at the show for them to meet you there. To add your stand number, use Photoshop. If you don't have access to Photoshop, simply use Canva or one of the editing phone apps.

VISAS: Order Letters of Invitation (for Visa Applications) will be live via the Exhibitor Hub (Badge section) - from March or simply contact Customer Service.

INNOVATION ZONE AWARDS (Booking):

Submit your entries for the Innovation Zone Awards. Entries will be judged by an international panel of experts and the shortlisted (Innovation Zone) Awards entries will be revealed the week starting 9 September.

VISITOR LEADS: Ensure you download the Emperia app to see how user friendly it is once you will be using it at the show to capture leads! You will also be able to add qualifying questions (eg ingredient quantity needed). Information will be available in the Exhibitor Portal in June.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION AND ENTRY TO THE HALLS:  Online registration for badges is the 21 September. Onsite exhibitor registration starts, 13:00 – 18:00 on 23 September. Exhibitor entry on show days will begin at 8:00. If you have already printed your PDF badge (exhibitor registration live in August), head to the registration area to collect your lanyard and badge holder to get access to the show halls.

AWARDS: On day 1 of the show, attend the Awards Ceremony. Ensure you have team representative(s) present if you are up for an Innovation Zone Award so there is somebody to receive a potential Award trophy!
